3 Steps To Get a Bigger Butt and Wider Hips Naturally



Wide hips are the perfect pair to a big butt creating the ultimate hourglass appeal! If you are seeking for the most effective way to increase the size of your hips naturally it will take a bit of effort and dedication. Below is a daily routine you can easily follow that will not only make your hips bigger but also trim your waist and make your butt bigger.

Step one: Do the lower body strength training workouts 4 to 5 days out of the week. Aim to do 100 reps total daily of the following workouts. 




  • Squats with a 10 to 15 pound weights. 10 reps.

  • Sumo squats with weights. 10 reps.

  • Standing leg abductions with 5-pound ankle weights. 10 reps on both legs.
  • Sumo squat combo with standing leg abduction with weights or ankle weights. 10 reps on both legs. 
  • Side lunges. 10 reps.
Repeat until you reach 100 reps or more. Increase your weights as you get stronger.


Step two: Eat a well-balanced diet daily.





Eat healthy foods that balance your hormones naturally such as beans, berries, potatoes, rice, yams, maca, and wheat.

Make sure to eat 5 small severing of protein daily to ensure you get maximum results with your hips and butt exercises.

Eat a lot of green vegetables and fruits to maintain waistline or trim down belly fat.

Include 15 to 30 minutes of intense cardio like stair climbing or circuit training 2-3 days a week.

Make sure to get a healthy amount of fiber into your diet. Oats, apples, bananas, watermelon, beans, nuts and green veggies are all rich sources of fiber.
